Accomodation
Entrance Porch
This area is shared with ourselves, and has washing machine, tumble dryer and downstairs toilet. There is also a small ‘drying’ room available for coats and boots that may need such after those long walks.
Downstairs
Our spacious ground floor comprises open plan kitchen/diner and living room area with views of the garden and stable yard. In the lounge area there is flat screen tv with dvd player, radio/cd player and a variety or books and games. WiFi internet is also available.
The modern fitted kitchen has electric hob top and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dining table to seat four. The cupboards house a variety of pots and pans for thosewho enjoy home cooked food. There is also use of a bbq located on the top patio.
Double Bedroom
This bedroom has standard double bed with bedside drawers and lamps on either side. There is space in the fitted cupboard for hanging clothes, all bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
Bathroom
This fully tiled room comprises of bath with over shower, WC, sink basin with overhead light, shaver point and heated towel rail.
Twin Room
The twin link bed gives the flexibility of two single twin beds or a super king double bed. Bedside drawers and lamps on both sides and larger set of drawers.
The Garden
The garden area comprises of two patios available for your use with bbq and table/chairs on each. There is a large lawned area with washing line. The five stables sit across from the lawn and house some of our own horses, especially in the winter months. Our field can be seen from the cottage with fantastic views of the Hambleton Hills.
